Terms and Conditions

Bookings –A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained. The booking is not confirmed.

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are strictly non-refundable, and all monies paid will be forfeited

Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 single beds). Exceeding this limit without prior approval violates these terms and may result in immediate eviction.

Rates: Nightly rates fluctuate based on season and duration of stay. Rates are confirmed only upon payment of the booking deposit.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any trace of smoke inside will incur a specialised cleaning fee.

Pet Policy: Pets are permitted on the property by prior arrangement. Pet owners must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not cause damage or disturb local wildlife.

Security Cameras: For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed on the outside of the premises (monitoring the driveway and entrance). These cameras record video data continuously/upon motion detection. There are absolutely no cameras installed inside the house, and your privacy is fully respected. Tampering with or covering the exterior cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking.
